Any pane on the vehicle is covered, at $250 to $450 fitted for a windshield and $200 to $500 for a door, quarter or back window, quoted on the phone before anything is ordered. Wilmington Manor is a few minutes from the bay and most common panes are on the shelf, so a call before lunch on a weekday is very often a car finished the same afternoon.

Two different failures bring Wilmington Manor cars in, and they want different things from us. One is age and weather: an older car that has spent every night of its life on a driveway near a heavily salted bridge approach, where the windshield has been chipped and stressed for years and the surrounding trim has hardened. The other is sudden - a break-in, a stray branch off one of the mature street trees in a summer storm, a stone off the I-295 approach that lands badly. The first is a planned job you choose the week for; the second is a car that needs closing up today. Both are quoted the same way, on the phone, before any part is ordered.
Which pane it is decides the method. A windshield is laminated and bonded structurally: cut out, flange cleaned and primed, one continuous bead of urethane, new mouldings, and a real safe drive-away time before the car goes anywhere. Side and quarter glass is tempered, so it is gone completely and the job is as much clean-out as fitting - the door card comes off and the channel and regulator are cleared. Back glass is the longest, with a defroster grid and often an antenna to match and reconnect, plus granules through the boot well and parcel shelf. We confirm the exact part against your vehicle first, which is what keeps a same-day promise honest.
“Thank you again to the staff at Pro Auto Bond for getting me right! They were very kind, professional and efficient. They replaced my car windshield in less than an hour, and my car was as good as new.”

Wilmington Manor has an unusual mix for us: proper suburban driveways, but garages that mostly cannot be used for a modern car. It means every vehicle here is available for the van to work on at the kerb or the drive, and almost none of them can be worked on under shelter at home. That is exactly why the five-minute distance to the bay matters. In good weather, doing a door glass on your own driveway is straightforward and saves you a trip. In a cold snap or a wet week, when a bonded windshield really wants a roof and a steady temperature, the drive to us is short enough that there is no reason to compromise. Say what the weather looks like on your booking day and we will put you in the right one.

Often, on the common panes. Ring in the morning with the vehicle details and which opening went, and if the glass is on the shelf there is usually room to get it done inside the same working day - we are open 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. Anything less usual has to be ordered, and you will be told that up front with a realistic date rather than being booked in on optimism.
Possibly, and you should hear that honestly. We can replace any pane the branch broke, but if it also dented the roof skin or bent a pillar, the glass has to go back into a straight opening or it will never seal properly. If we see that, you get told before anything is bonded rather than after. On the mature streets around here, storm damage of that sort is a genuinely common call each summer.
Tell us the vehicle and the glass that's damaged — you'll see your price instantly, and we'll hold it for you.
